These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of renims.com, including all purchases made through the website. The website and the products offered through it are operated by Renims, a brand of Chandwani Apparel, referred to in these Terms as “Renims”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.
By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies displayed on the website.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to use this website or place an order.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided while placing an order is complete, current, and accurate.
Renims primarily offers made-to-order clothing. Production begins only after an order has been placed and confirmed.
Because products may be manufactured specifically for each order:
Production and dispatch may require additional time.
Minor variations in colour, embroidery, threadwork, texture, placement, stitching, or finishing may occur.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and fabric batches.
Measurements may vary slightly due to the nature of garment manufacturing.
Such reasonable variations will not be treated as defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, prices, and availability accurately.
However, we do not guarantee that every photograph or colour displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.
Customers must review the product description, size chart, colour, measurements, care instructions, and order details before placing an order.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the size chart provided on the relevant product page.
Measurements stated in the size chart are garment measurements unless otherwise mentioned. A reasonable manufacturing tolerance may apply.
Selecting an incorrect size does not make the product defective and does not qualify the order for a refund or return.
After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance or dispatch.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order in situations including:
Incorrect pricing or product information;
Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment;
Product or material unavailability;
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
Delivery restrictions;
Misuse of offers, discounts, or promotional codes; or
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where we cancel a prepaid order before production or dispatch, the amount paid for the cancelled item will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method.
Because production may begin shortly after order confirmation, orders cannot normally be changed or cancelled once confirmed.
Requests to modify an address, size, colour, or other order information must be made immediately. We do not guarantee that any requested change can be accepted after the order has entered production.
Renims may refuse cancellation or modification requests where fabric has been cut, embroidery has begun, production has started, or the product has already been dispatched.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges, Cash on Delivery charges, or other fees will be displayed during checkout where relevant.
We may change product prices, offers, or discounts at any time. Such changes will not normally affect orders already confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Renims does not directly store complete card or banking details processed by those providers.
You agree to provide valid payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and orders.
We may contact you to verify a Cash on Delivery order before beginning production or dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled.
Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders, provision of incorrect information, or misuse of the service may result in restrictions on future orders.
Estimated production, dispatch, and delivery timelines are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be affected by production requirements, courier delays, weather, holidays, strikes, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and remain available to receive the shipment.
Renims will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply where an order must be shipped again due to an incorrect address, refusal, customer unavailability, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Every Renims order is made after the order is placed. Therefore, except where required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
Change of mind;
Incorrect size selection;
Colour preference;
Minor colour or measurement variations;
Delayed delivery caused by the courier;
Failure to read the product description or size chart;
Personal preference regarding fit or appearance; or
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used.
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights available to customers under applicable consumer-protection law.
Customers must inspect the package and product promptly after delivery.
Where you receive an incorrect, materially damaged, or genuinely defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number;
Clear photographs of the product;
Clear photographs of the shipping label and packaging; and
A continuous parcel-opening video showing the sealed package being opened.
The product must remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
After reviewing the evidence, Renims may offer an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, alteration, replacement, store credit, or another legally appropriate resolution.
Normal fabric characteristics, loose removable threads, minor measurement tolerance, slight embroidery variation, screen-to-product colour variation, or damage caused after delivery will not ordinarily be treated as manufacturing defects.
Do not send any product back without written approval from Renims. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
An alteration request must be reported within one to two days of delivery.
Alterations are subject to inspection, feasibility, and prior approval by Renims. Approval is not guaranteed.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, all shipping and transportation costs associated with an alteration will be borne by the customer.
Products submitted for alteration must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Promotional offers and discount codes:
May be valid only for a limited period;
May apply only to selected products or customers;
Cannot be exchanged for cash;
May not be combined unless expressly allowed; and
May be withdrawn, corrected, or cancelled in the event of misuse or technical error.
We reserve the right to cancel orders involving fraudulent, unauthorised, or unintended use of an offer.
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or another user’s information;
Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code;
Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission;
Submit false information or impersonate another person;
Interfere with the operation or security of the website; or
Use the website in a manner that violates applicable law.
We may suspend or restrict access where these Terms are violated.
All content available on renims.com, including the Renims name, wordmark, designs, embroidery artwork, product photographs, graphics, text, videos, packaging concepts, website layout, and other brand material, belongs to Renims, Chandwani Apparel, or its authorised licensors.
No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, sold, published, or commercially used without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights in its design, embroidery, branding, photography, or presentation.
Where you submit a review, photograph, feedback, comment, or other content, you confirm that:
You have the right to submit it;
It is truthful and not misleading;
It does not violate another person’s rights; and
It is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive.
By voluntarily submitting such content, you grant Renims permission to use, reproduce, display, and share it for customer-support, promotional, and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment gateways, courier companies, social-media platforms, and analytics providers.
These third parties operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Renims is not responsible for the availability, content, security, conduct, or policies of third-party websites or services, except to the extent required by law.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
